Antoine Quezel and his family opened their stall at the Sanary Farmers Market, France, in 1989, a daily farmers market that was last year voted most beautiful.
Growing up in this atmosphere, helping out his family, Antoine developed the skills and knowledge to make these renowned olives, garlic, tapenades and more.
Antoine arrived in Byron Bay in 2014. Starting his first market at Bangalow in May 2015, they sold out.
Based in the Byron Industrial Estate, we operate in 12 different Farmer and Community markets from Yamba to the Gold Coast.
The shop was opened in 2018 and you can find all the regular products plus beautiful gourmet sandwiches, soups and slow cooked dishes from Provence, France.
